Free set German shepherds in Belmont, New York

We have free to good home a set of German shepherds. The black 1 is a female & she is 5yrs old & the sable 1 is a male & he is 7yrs old. We had to recently move due to an unforeseen situation & of course we had brought the dogs. The problem is since we have moved the female keeps getting out. She has even broke out of the house while we were gone & I really don't wanna see her get hit by a car or take off & possibly get in a fight w/ another dog (although I don't foresee her starting a fight.) they are great with people & children.
